- Yes, it's version 1.31! And here are the new features:
-
- - It can play the sounds it is extracting.
- - It can beep when the extraction is finished.
- - You can choose custom playback rates. This can be very useful if
- you need to extract sounds from a Unix or Amiga file. Version 1.4,
- anyway, will probably recognize those sounds as well as AIFF and
- SoundEdit Pro files.
-
- Some bugs were fixed.
-
- For those who don't know, SoundExtractor is a System 7 dependent utility
- that lets you "extract" sounds from any kind of file. You just drag it
- on top of SoundExtractor's icon, and it'll create a sound folder (with
- its own icon) containing all the sounds it could find, in System 7
- format. This means that all you need to play them is to double-click on
- them.
-
- SoundExtractor will also extract data sounds, stereo data or resource
- sounds, or non-standard resource sounds.
-
- Shareware. Hope you like it,
